Assist U, LLC® realizes that all situations are different depending on a clients particular needs. Therefore, it’s for this reason that I do not publish my pricing. However, you are only paying for time on project.

Typically I work on a paid up front RETAINER PLAN for 10 hours or more of support each month. A retainer provides a commitment between both client and Assist U, LLC®, and allows me the time to best learn your business in order to provide quality, efficient assistance.

There are some instances where a client may only require occasional assistance, or in the case of listing coordination, for this an HOURLY RATE, or pay as you go service is available with a 2-hour minimum.

TRANSACTION COORDINATION RATE is in addition to retainers or hourly rates requiring a deposit with the balance being due upon closing.
