The simple truth is that you are, and have always been a great role model for anyone looking to start up a new business. The enthusiasm you display and your professional demeanor are second to none. I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy Colucci for approximately 2 years.
From day 1 she made me feel at home, there was never a dull moment, I was always greeted with a warm smile and a wonderful “Hi Sahyly” in a way only she could do! I laughed every time.
She made the office. She was never in a bad mood. It was due to her work ethics and a sense of caring for every one of the 25 agents that made the office what it was. She was always there to help, no matter how many things she was doing at the time. Her ability to prioritize and multi-task is amazing. The office was hers, she made it tick and run smoothly no matter what.
Recently she was learning Spanish to be more helpful to the clients we had come in. She had fun with it, using it as much as she could with both me and a fellow agent, and she did well. The first time she called me with a complete sentence was amazing. It was getting harder to say something without her knowing what we were saying! She stared understanding far too quickly! But it was fun!

Dear Cindy,
As a "one woman office", who works for a company that is growing in leaps and bounds, I was beginning to struggle with "multi-tasking" on a larger scale than I was used to. Proposals, Invoices, Reports, do this, get that, ring-ring the phone, emails, copies, ASAP~~
Heaven forbid I should take a sick day...
